The sports center will feature facilities for both general use and children, including an ice skating rink. Scheduled for completion in October 2025, the venue will be capable of hosting international competitions such as figure skating, ice hockey, curling, and more. It will support training and recreational activities for athletes and residents in central and southern Taiwan, while also attracting international athletes and tourists to Taichung for cultural and sporting exchanges.
